[GE users] qrsh problems

are f1 and f2 global consumables? They will be multiplied by 5 and  
maybe there are enough resources left in this case. But not if  
multiplied by 10 (this seems to be the difference between the two  
commands). Hint to solve it is at the end of issue 75 (although the  
topic is different):

But then you should get a message like:
Your "qrsh" request could not be scheduled, try again later.
if the resources aren't available, and not a timeout.

Can you provide more details - is it running with 6,7,...? All hosts  
available in qhost? Which version of SGE?
