[GE users] Qrsh -cwd and -q

For me it's still working in u6:

reuti at theochem:~/WORK> qrsh -cwd -q login at node01 pwd
/home/reuti/WORK
reuti at theochem:~/WORK>

I really think /Dev refers to an interactive login, where the new  
shell is in the way, and therefore -cwd isn't allowed because it  
can't work IMO.
