Hi Nikhil,

acutally with upcoming 6.2 SMF will be supported anyways on Solaris 10. 
Whether one could tweak this in a way that it becomes somehow applicable 
(manifests) for earlier SGE releases I can not judge, but there is a 
specification document that describes also details of the implementation. 
As of now this specification is not publicly available, but there is no 
reason not to publish it.
