[GE users] advance_reservation: no suitable queues

The man page doesn't list an argument '-explain' for the qrsub command.
Running the command shows that this is not a valid arguments for qrsub.

$ qrsub -explain -q "*@node01.aurora,*@node02.aurora" -a 201012010000 -d
1:0:0
error: ERROR! invalid option argument "-explain"

I'm using GE 6.2u3
