[GE users] Highspeed interconnects and SGE

SGE does not really care about the interconnect as much as it cares
about being able to properly setup, start, manage, stop and clean up
after jobs running in a parallel environment. The mechanisms for
setting up and customizing what SGE calls "Parallel Environment" or
"PE's" is pretty straightforward.

Chances are if you have an application running from the command-line
that uses a high speed interconnect you can integrate it with SGE via a
bit of shell scripting. SGE does not really care about the underlying
topology or wire protocol, it just needs to know how to start, stop and
manage the tasks.
