Hi Francesco,

very strange, I recompiled under RH 7.2 from scratch and could not
reproduce this odd behavior.
Did you recompile everything after cleaning or is it possible that you
mixed with already compiled object files after installing openmotif ?
i.e.
% aimk clean
% scripts/zerodepend
% aimk depend
% aimk

Under examples/jobs there is a script env_tester.sh to check your
environment settings, if you enter in the environment input field e.g.
TERM=xxx this should be visible in the output file somewhere.

We were able to recompile everything under SuSE 9.1 (kernel 2.6) but we
don't have a FC2 machine inhouse. There had been some reports from the
community on the mailing list please have a look in the archives for
more info.
What I was able to do was to create in the bin|utilbin|lib|examples/bin
directories a symbolic link from lx24-x86 to lx26-x86 to reuse the
installed bins.
