  it might help us if you said what your ideas were for running VMware.
Are you trying to overcome some limitation of CPU or memory, or trying
to spread a load over a farm of PCs?
I think your email address tell us what application area you have!
>From what I've gathered on this list, execution daemons for Windows are
on the way in Gridengine. So you might be able to construct a Windows
farm, depending on your application.
