[GE users] How do you verify scheduling priorities?

Are you using GE 6 or 5.3?  In 5.3, you can just look at the tickets 
column in the output of 'qstat -ext'.  Jobs with the highest tickets go 
next.

For 6, you can look at the priority column of the qstat output, both 
with and without the following flags: -ext, -urg, -prio.  Jobs with the 
highest total priority go next.

I think for both of these, pending jobs are ordered by 
tickets/priority, but I could be wrong....
