[GE users] Tight Integration of MPICH with SGE

By default, MPICH is looking for a file for the used platform. This can
be a static file for testing purpose of course. Now you have to tell
mpirun, to use the actual created file by SGE, which is located in the
temporary directory on the starting node:

mpirun -machinefile $TMPDIR/machines

It's not placed in /tmp, instead in the job specific directory on the
nodes like: /tmp/4007.1.<queuename>

For testing purpose, put a sleep in your script and look into the
directory on the node, whether it's there in the correct way. - Reuti
