[GE users] Missing Tickets

Hi Kirk,

Are you checking with 'qstat -ext'?  Have you set the appropriate 
weighting factors in the scheduler configuration 'qsconf -msconf'?  You 
need to set both the the ticket policy weighting factor and the total 
number of share tree tickets.
