[GE users] Finding matching hosts for resources

It was related to this change:
http://gridengine.sunsource.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=771

If you know how to compile the source, you can get the
old qstat.c, and recompile qstat -- qstat and qselect
are actually the same executable.
