[GE users] error compiling qtcsh in Fedora Core 2

Thanks for testing it on the FC2.

I think that line should be #def out, at least for
POSIX systems. I am very busy these days, so I will
look at that later.

BTW, please post further questions related to the
source and patches to the dev@ list.
