[GE users] NO_REPRIORITIZATION in SGE 6

Thanks for the help.  That seems to work.  Mostly.

The queues that have priority set to 19 work fine.  However, the queues
that have priority set to -1, end up having a nice value of 0 when the
job is run.  Is SGE no longer allowing negative nice values, or is this
a bug somewhere?
