[GE users] NO_REPRIORITIZATION in SGE 6

I think Sean might have asked about the "priority" field of the queue config. There
never negative values were supported. If dynmaic repriorititation is enabled
the PTF_{MIN|MAX}_PRIORITY execd_params setting allow negative values.
