Alexandre,

did you use the template scripts in <sge_root>/ckpt and adjust them for your
environment?

Please provide more information what you have configured and what is working
or not. You should also create debug output fropm the checkpointing
scripts (stdout/err of these scripts doesn't go to any file by default) to
see what the script acutally do.
