Argh,

it seems, that the results are random. For one calendar on one cluster queue:

[reuti at icompile common]$ qconf -scal weekly
calendar_name    weekly
year             NONE
week             mon-fri=21:50-22:00=off

you can get after the end time:

[reuti at icompile common]$ date ; qstat -f
Fri Jun 25 22:00:07 CEST 2004
queuename                      qtype used/tot. load_avg arch          states
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
vast at ic001                     BIP   0/2       0.92     lx24-amd64    D

And it stays this way. Not all queues are getting the correct state. But during 
some tests before it was working for all queues in the correct way.
