Yes, on IRIX, Alpha, and Solaris.

AFAIK, Linux doesn't have CPUset support in the standard kernel, but I know
that SGI added their own stuff into the Altix Linux.

What you can do, is to try to create a CPUset in a job starter, and execute
the job in that CPUset. Shannon does that since SGE 5.3 on IRIX, and I
think it works great. (Of course, you need to delete the CPUset in the
