[GE users] Array Job Input Format?

Hi Sam:

You will probably need to write a script to parse the file and then
generate the array job scripts accordingly. I have written a script to
parse a file which contains a list of DIFFERENT execution commands on
each line - let me know if you are interested and I can email that to
you.
