[GE users] Array Job Input Format?

1. wc -l Makefile | awk '{print $1}' will tell you the
number of lines in the file. Use this number as the
number of job tasks (ie. size ofthe array) you need.

2. In the job script, you just need to look at
$SGE_TASK_ID to see which line the current task needs
to handle.
