[GE users] MPICH mpirun and rsh versus ssh

MPICH/SSH is not a good solution.
The tight-integration of MPICH is much better!
This way you don't need any running rshd or sshd on any host.
SGE will use it's own rshd to start the MPI-processes on the hosts. 

You also have excact accounting and the control over all started
