[GE users] path in qsub

I mean replace this line:

sprintf(buffer,"%s:/usr/local/bin:/usr/ucb:/bin:/usr/bin:",tmpdir);

with:

sprintf(buffer,"/usr/local/bin:/usr/ucb:/bin:/usr/bin:");
