[GE users] Trying to use starter_method with sge 6.0

It sure feels like I'm doing the right thing. Following is the queue 
config I'm trying, maybe someone can see a problem. THe prolog and 
epilog are doing exactly the right things.

BTW, this is a situation where the qmaster and exe hosts are not 
sharing a filesystem, if that matters.
