[GE users] Building SGE 6.0 on a Warewulf cluster

Hi Jeff:

There are 2 general ways of installing SGE - one is with a NFS shared
directory /opt/sge, the other is for each node to have their own local
copy.

You probably want to look at the documentation on auto-installation (I
am still figuring that one out).
