Hi,

I've had the same issue, tried to see if it was discussed on the mailing
lists but couldn't find any reference so I thought I botched something
in the upgrade. Going back to SGE 6.0 made alle my scripts to work again
(as rewriting would be a major PITA)
So right now I'm waiting for something along the lines of SGE6u2 where
this behaviour is corrected.
