Hi Reuti,
   The thing was that I compiled it in the same node which is the
execution host for the job. Also it is running fine when I execute it
locally via command line. Only when the job is submitted through grid I
was getting the error.

ldd add1 had given me:

sh-2.05# ldd bin/add1
        libstdc++.so.2.10.0 =>   /opt/sfw/lib/libstdc++.so.2.10.0
        libm.so.1 =>     /usr/lib/libm.so.1
        libc.so.1 =>     /usr/lib/libc.so.1
        libdl.so.1 =>    /usr/lib/libdl.so.1
        /usr/platform/SUNW,Ultra-5_10/lib/libc_psr.so.1

Hence I compiled it using # c++ -R /opt/sfw/lib -o bin/add1 add.cpp and
now it is working great :).

Thanks and Regards,
Arati
