Check the LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable inside
the SGE environment (add "printenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH" in
your job script) and also interactively from a
telnet/xterm session.

$LD_LIBRARY_PATH tells the dynamic linker the location
of shared libraries.
