[GE users] PE queue_list for 6.0

Hi Sean,
I got an error and a clue from this syntax -
error: unable to resolve host "mpi"
and the qconf -mq all.q would fail.
I then tried
pe_list  NONE,[@mpi=mpi]
which qconf accepted.
I will do a few test runs and see how we get on - getting closer,
