[GE users] Modify number of CPU on each node

Oups!!
Only one CPU is seen :

processor       : 0
vendor_id       : GenuineIntel
cpu family      : 6
model           : 11
model name      : Intel(R) Pentium(R) III CPU - S         1400MHz
stepping        : 4
...
bogomips        : 2785.28


So SGE is not the problem !!!!
It seems the kernel version is not SMP....on the node with one cpu !!!
So i ve the solution.
