[GE users] host factors for share trees

Greetings,

Are there any built in configuration options to adjust on a per host
basis the cpu factor used in the share tree?  The aim is to "charge"
less for jobs running on slower nodes versus faster nodes.  Does the
usage_scaling or resource_capability_factor affect this?  This question
would mainly apply to SGE 5.3, but I'm also curious about 6.0.
