[GE users] New SGE-MPICH2 Tight Integration Howto

Hi Alan,

thanks for the feedback, you are right - I'll correct it later this day. 
The ~/.smpd must be set for each user submitting jobs. It's in the 
MPICH2 documentation for version 1.0.1 "mpich2-doc-install.pdf" on page 12.
