[GE users] exclude a host in qsub

Hi 

I am asking per job basis. Image I have 500 machines in the farm and the
user wants to avoid one bad machine and he doesn't  have manger role to
disable the machine or anything.

is this targeting the setup of the cluster (where I would suggest to  
use hostgroups), or a request on a per job basis (well, specifying  
all other hosts besides one in -q wouldn't be handy I fear)? - Reuti
