Subject: [GE users] Nodes falling off the map

I have a 6.0u6 setup that has nodes that are just refusing to connect
to the master. I have tried killing the exec process, the master
process and everything but I can't seem to get the dang things
connected.. All I get is tons of "instance is temporarily not
available" when running qstat -j.

Is there a way to get a good set of logging information out of either
the qmaster or execd process? I have tried setting the DEBUGGING
environment variable but it doesn't seem to actually change the
logging levels at all.
