Most likely, "/Users/blast/Library/BLAST/queries//test1" is not installed on the machine that SGE
sent the job to.

SO you either put the blast files in an NFS directory, or install blast on each machine.

This is just a warning message -- in the login scripts, you have commands (e.g. stty) that try to
access the tty.
