[GE users] SGE and PGI

There is no need to configure a PE for PGI specifically.

If you use a non tight integration PE, then SGE just starts mpirun and
mpirun will handle the rest. So as long as mpirun works outside of SGE,
then it should work with the non-tight integration too.

If you use a tight PE, then you will need to use "qrsh -inherit" instead of
rsh to start the parallel tasks, see the howto for details:
