[GE users] Anyone running Schrodinger chem/modeling apps under SGE6?

Hi Chris,

I don't have access to 5.3 at the moment, but I think the two qsubs use 
different messages:

5.3	your job 123 ... has been submitted
6.0	Your job 123 ... has been submitted.

Note the capitalized Y at the begining and the period at the end!

Could the problem be in parsing this message?
