[GE users] Cluster partitioning: parallel and non-parallel jobs

Hi,

what about one cluster queue for the Myrinet nodes and setting queue type to 
NONE and attaching the PE there. So only parallel jobs will run there.

For the other nodes you need a second queue without the PE and queue type set 
to batch. This should give you the desired distriubution.
