[GE users] SGE and Shared Memory

You can either setup a PE (Parallel Environment) or
you can use other methods to ask SGE to allocate all
the CPUs on the machine for the OpenMP job.

I would suggest to go with PE for now, see the manpage
for detail: sge_pe(5).
