[GE users] Getting SGE working with Lam-7.1.1 on Mac OS 10.3

If you have a tight integration for LAM available for SGE 6.x, that's
great!

Perhaps we should get the webmaster of the SGE site to update the
documentation that Chris Duncan wrote.
