[GE users] SGE-6.0u3 Only 99 event clients are allowed in the system

Hi,

How are you calling qsub?  If you are using 'qsub -sync' then you will
hit a limit (which is configurable).  However, 'qsub -sync' is
resource-intensive, so if there's a way to minimize its usage, that
would be good.
