[GE users] sge5.3 - delay between dispatching?

Hi,
 Few solutions that come to my mind:
 - Have some ordering amngst the jobs: I know that you can hold the 
execution of a job until the previous job is done. (-hold_jid option)
 -  Have delay before submitting the job to grid rather than manipulate 
them after submitting.
