[GE users] qmon segmentation error

I've got a similar problem also. Using 6.0u3 on RHEL3U3 on AMD64. Below is
the gdb output. Got this when clicking on "Policies" then "Functional
Policy".

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
