Yes, just download:

1. Linux - AMD64 (Opteron), kernel 2.4, glibc >= 2.2
2. Linux - x86, kernel 2.4, glibc >= 2.2
3. Grid Engine common files

And unpack them all in the same directory. You should
get 2 sub-directories in bin/, and 2 sub-directories
in utilbin/.
