[GE users] jobs status related to PE ...

I like the script :) although for 6.0u3 I needed to add '-g t' to the 
'qstat -r' command in order to get the MASTER line!

Of course the xml format does have a lot of potential for this kind of 
status queries. I'll have a play later this afternoon.
