[GE users] creating new log when a job exits with exit code 99

Hi,

just before you exit with 99, you can reset the files:

: > $SGE_STDOUT_PATH
: > $SGE_STDERR_PATH

or delete them:

rm $SGE_STDOUT_PATH $SGE_STDERR_PATH
