[GE users] writing to a single log file

Hi Chris,

do you mean the files which you set with -e/-o? There you can include pseudo 
variables, which will be expanded at runtime of the job. E.g. -o 
mylog_\$JOB_ID.out Please have a look at the man page of qsub, what else is 
supported.
