[GE users] QMON under kernel 2.6 on amd64

Does the 32-bit qmon work?? You can download the 32-bit Linux package and
run the qmon binary in there and see if you can reproduce it...

It can be caused by this:

http://gridengine.sunsource.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=1288
(which is fixed in SGE6.0 update 4)
