[GE users] in what case(s) is SGE host_aliases consulted?

Hi Chris,

I'm not exactly sure, but I believe if you create the file
$SGE_ROOT/default/common/host_aliases with the proper entries *before*
running the install script, it will use whatever settings exist there.
I don't know if this gets overwritten later, or if it is preserved.

Let us know if that works.
