[GE users] Who closed the queue?

Just in case you find that enabling log_info gives you
too much information, you can take a look at
daemons/qmaster/sge_qinstance_qmaster.c:qinstance_change_state_on_command()

I haven't tested it yet, but I believe if you change
INFO() to something higher severity, then it would get
logged into the qmaster messages file without turning
on log_info.
