[GE users] assign a calendar

Hello HT,

You could use a per-host override within a queue assignment.  In the 
queue definition on the line for the calendar, you would have something like

calendar   NONE,[myhost=calA]

Then for that queue, there would be no calendar applied *except* for 
'myhost'.
