[GE users] clusters on a subnet

In 6.0, daemon-to-daemon communications do not go through commd. So
qmaster talks to the execds directly.

But it doesn't change anything in your case... you still need to have
the qmaster machine to be able to talk to the exec nodes.

BTW, why not merge the 2 subnets into a bigger one??
